Our standard Wedding Breakfast prices include a three-course Wedding Banquet with tea/coffee to finish, table linen, cutlery, china, wedding co-ordinator, toast master and full staffing. However, please note that packages can be tailored to suit you and your requirements. The Venue is licensed for Civil Ceremonies which can be held in our purpose-built suite, The Loft, which can accommodate up to 150 guests for the ceremony. It’s a must to come and view with its balcony and chandelier lighting. We also have a Pergola in our Wedding Garden which is licensed for outdoor ceremonies. The large garden with Cotswold stonewalling, oriental pond and pergola is completely private and for your sole use and is great for those wedding photos. The Grand Hall With its large open fireplace, flagstone floor and stone wall, this room sets a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. Set on the ground floor, The Grand Hall can cater for 70- 200 guests for a seated dinner. If you would prefer a hot/cold buffet, we can cater for 100-300 guests. The Grand Hall boasts a large dance floor and we offer a great selection of lager, real ales, wines and spirits from our fully licensed, traditional-style bar.

The Loft Situated on the first floor via a spiral staircase (lift access available), The Loft offers exposed beams, a mezzanine floor and chandeliers. It is used as The Barn’s primary Civil Ceremony and Conference Suite seating up to 150 guests theatre style.

Vale View & RetreatOur two breakout rooms. The Vale View situated on the 1st floor, a room to the side of The Loft is good for Boardroom meetings. The Retreat on the ground floor to the side of The Grand Hall can be used as additional space if required when having an evening event.

The Cotswold stone walled garden & lantern lit Courtyard Our pretty stone walled garden and lantern lit courtyard are the perfect combination to team with our superb function rooms. The garden is private, large yet intimate and the perfect setting for your photographs. It offers a shingled patio area with attractive, comfortable outdoor seating, an oriental pond, a large pergola and a traditional English kissing seat. It is an ideal environment in which to offer your guests a welcome drink, canapés or just to relax during your time with us.

Civil Ceremonies & Civil Partnerships We have two rooms which are licensed for Civil Ceremonies. The Grand Hall, with its huge open fire, flagstone floor and stone walled dining room can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Loft, featuring stunning chandeliers, railed gallery and exposed wooden beams seats up to 150 guests. And for those who are looking for something a little different, we can now offer you the opportunity to marry in our garden pergola, which is also licensed – perfect for a truly summery event!
