Partnership Opportunities 1. Player’s Pack Partnership (new for 2020)
The PDGA is seeking partners to bid on items for the WGE 2020 Player’s Pack to produce a package that will retail for $20 - $25. To participate, you must: • Guarantee that you will provide up to 3,000 items customized with the WGE 2020 logo by the deadline. • Provide a bid to the WGE staff, including a photo and description of the item(s) and the price that you will charge.
The WGE staff will select a variety of items for the player’s pack that are unique, tailored to women and cost-effective. Partners selected to provide player’s pack items will receive future communications regarding lead times and logistics. For Partners Outside North America The WGE is also accepting bids for entire player’s packages for regions outside North America. These bids can be from a single company or a partnership of companies working together to create an attractive player’s package. Submit your bids to [email protected] by Jan. 13, 2020.
2. Official PDGA Store Online Partnership
The PDGA is seeking partners to provide special WGE 2020 logo merchandise for sale through the Official PDGA Store online. Please provide a bid to the WGE staff including a photo and description of the item(s) and the price that you will charge. The WGE staff will select a variety of items for the Official PDGA Store that are unique, tailored to women and a good value. All items will be pre-ordered. Orders will be provided to the partners on several pre-set dates and the custom logo merchandise must be delivered to PDGA fulfillment within the next 14 days. Sponsorship Opportunities The sponsorship options are designed for companies to promote their products and build popularity within the 2020 PDGA Women’s Global Event and the ever-growing disc golf community. Sponsors outside North America may also bid on prizes for your region of the world. 1. Prize Sponsor
Donate prizes (minimum $75 retail value) for the top finishers in each full division. The event offers 23 divisions for women and girls and will award between one and 10 prizes per division, depending on size. Sponsors will cover shipping for the prizes to the individual winners with addresses provided by the WGE staff after the event.
2. Event Sponsor
Donate item(s) for every Women’s Global Event (expect 130 - 150 events around the world) that registers before March 22, 2019. Prizes can be of any value, but should contain the WGE 2020 logo. Sponsor will ship all donations to PDGA Fulfillment Center to arrive by April 2, 2019. The PDGA Fulfillment Center will then ship to each individual event. Distribution of these donations to the players will be up to the Tournament Director (for example, CTP or skill contest).
3. Sweepstakes Sponsor
Donate a product(s) for a sweepstakes-style giveaway. WGE staff will build excitement using these prizes as incentives for women and girls to register early for the events.
