Recipe 3 Ingredients 1 x ready-made sponge cake (no icing on it) 15cm x 15cm of white pre-rolled icing 2 to 4 tubes of “writing icing” in brown or black colours 2 x yellow jelly sweets 1 x mini donut 1 x bag of toffee popcorn Put 15cm x 15cm square of white pre-rolled icing on a plate. Using the knife (get a grown up to help) cut out two cat eye shapes, two big sharp teeth and two little sharp teeth. Place the icing shapes on the cake to make it look like a cat face - see the pictures on this card to help you. Then, blob a little bit of the writing icing on the back of each of the eyes and teeth (like glue) and then stick it to the cake. Add the two yellow jellies on top of the eyes for the coloured bit and finish off with a dollop of brown/black writing icing for the pupils. Draw a nose on the face using the brown writing icing. Cut the mini donut in half – these are the lion ears! Glue them to the cake using the writing icing.
