Active / recently retired chiefs of police teach this course. role and that every action and statement that is made reflects on the profession as a whole. This training will focus not only on individual employee attitudes and belief, but also organizational concepts that either enhances trust or perpetuates a lack of trust with the communities that are served. Instructor BIO Greg has served in government for over 35 years with a focus in law enforcement and has been instrumental in the change in organizaons. He has served in larger and smaller agencies and is one of the few professionals to actually form a new law enforcement agency. He is currently serving as the head of a law enforcement agency. Greg is a naonally known speaker and instructor and focuses on leadership, supervision, internal affairs and problem employees. Greg has also consulted with government agencies naonwide on professional standards, internal affairs and best pracces models.
