Qtz-carb veining and silicification most likely cause of resistivity high. The areoiag anomaly is probably due to the linor amount of sulphides within the flou breccia and the feldspar porphyry.

This unit has been obscured by deformation and associatedmetaiorphis* and veining; thus the actual genesis of therock is difficult to define (unit tay possibly be ahyaloclastic flow or even an aggloierate).
The unit possesses a persistant foliation defined byelongate chlorite and biotite clusters.
Coipositionally the unit appears to be tending towardsandesitic with inclusions/clasts of a basaltic nature;occasionally soae clasts of a porphyritic (feldspar) flow 81151are evident.
There appear to be two principal qtz-carb veinorientations; one roughly parallel to the foliation; theother at low angles to the Cax in lany instances causing a 81155•inor brecciation of the lain unit,
fhe low angle qtz-carb veins occur within sections from

This sial l subunit contains abundant Py; the Po contenttiakes the unit weakly magnetic.
The phenocrysts are predoitinantly of feldspar and the unitis fairly well silicified.
Biotite occurs both in the qtz)carb veins and within theunit itself. To each side of the subunit the main unit ishighly sheared with an increased biotite content (contactletaiorphism).
This unit is siiiUr in most respects to the first mainunit; however within this unit some linor amphibole growthis noted and there is a decrease in the percent ofliberalization.

Foliation parallel qtz-carb veinlets are nuierous (ie.125.3-126.6) a later nore qt; donnant veining occurs atapprox 451 to the Cax within sections froi 84.5-85.8;88.3-89.0.
The beds are fairly regular in orientatin and width(0.5-2ci) throughout the unit. Aiphiboles are noted withinthe unit fron 89.Os.
Py occurs priiarily as fills on fracture surfaces. Po andCpy occur within infrequent snail stringers.
Froi 134.9-130.2 a weakly lagnetic highly sheared versionof the porphyritic gabbro occurs.
Froi 137.0-137,8 the silicified feldspar porphyry intrudesthe tuff.

To drill Aerodat VLF-EM anomaly N-2 intersecting Mag lineaaents "Nesting Lake Shear" (058 deg) fro* Mag high resistivity high to Mag low resistivity low.
The VLF-EM anonaly can be caused by the BIF: Sulphides facies with 157. pyrrhotite at 41.5-50.65.
This unit is coaposed with a greywacke. The bedding is not clear. The pyrite is generally cubic. Near the quartz-carbonate veins ve find 101 cubic pyrite.
16.42-16.46: Qcv (2.0ci wide) at 45 deg CAX with 10! cubic pyrite. Very altered zone (dissolution of the carbonate).

To drill weak Aerodat EM conductor N32 from MAG high to low and VLF conductor trending 100 deg.
The EM conductor is caused by the pyrrhotite (li) between 82.8-154.5 in a pillow basalt. The VLF conductor are caused by shearing in strong biotite alteration at 56.0-58.3 in gabbro and at 91.9-92.9 in
feldspar porphyry.
Waits for results.
