I talked to Harry today and met Patricia Ralston who is part of the portfolio team for the GSA National Capital Region.
Pat provided the following recommendations for contacts between the BRAC Commission and GSA.
For the National Capital Region, start with Bill Garand (sp") at 202 708-5891. Bill is the Assistant Regional Administrator for NCR.
For national issues, start with Bill Mathews at the GSA central office, 202 501-0638.
