DAY CAMP AT LAKE NEBAGAMON WHERE EVERY DAY IS A FIELD TRIP ADVENTURE The Superior YMCA is partnering with the Superior School District this summer to offer an outdoor experience that provides new and exciting opportunities. The Superior Y Camp on Lake Nebagamon is a perfect setting for field trips; offering large open play space, a beautiful water front, and nature at its finest. These field trips are for youth that have completed Kindergarten to grade 5. The day begins when kids step on the bus at the YMCA at 8:30am and head out to camp. Spending lots of time outdoors, kids have great access to the best summer has to offer. Children spend their busy day in a variety of structured and free time activities and the day ends when the bus returns to the Y at 4:00pm. Before and after care is available from 7:00am-8:15am and 4:00-5:30pm. Each day is filled with activities such as: Literacy Activities Archery* Group Games Swimming Hiking Canoeing/Kayaking* Low Ropes Course Hammock Village Arts & Crafts *Must be 7 years or older due to licensing regulations FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE We believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. Our Summer Camp Programs are open to all. The Y accepts Wisconsin Shares for payment and Financial Assistance is also available through the Y to those who qualify.
