Uruguay is a country with 3 million people. In 2002, because of a big economic crisis, most of the young people emigrated to Spain. As a result, the adult population increased, generating an aged population. Those people that decide to immigrate to new countries in pursuit of new opportunities do not have the right of vote. However, because the communist government needs the votes, they paid the ticket plain so they can vote. Uruguay is going through the 3 communist government, but most of the people thought that is not fair because most of the votes are of citizens that are not living in the country. Do you think is correct that emigrate people vote for a government when they are not living in the country?

what apps I could create, which are unique and

brand new? I would love to hear your opinions.
