Statistics cont.Veteran increases from FY09 to FY11:
• Veteran hires as a percentage of total hires increased from 39.8 percent to 48.2 percent.
• 30% disabled veteran hires as a percentage of total hires increased from 10.1 percent to 13.2 percent. p p
• Veteran hires as a percentage of total hires for our intern program increased from 39 9 percent to 57 1 percentprogram increased from 39.9 percent to 57.1 percent.
Future Plans• Increase the hiring of 30% disabled veterans
• Increase placement of veterans using: Operation Warfighter Program VA Non-Paid Work Experience Program On-the-Job Training Program
• Increase collaboration with military components.
