MOTION REQUIRED

Motion for the officers of TLARC to authorize and / or explore
the following
actions:
a) receive and administer active and potential future
grants,
b) choose best option to disposition the two towers,
c) appoint a club license trustee,
d) appoint a committee to review Constitution and By-Laws and
recommend changes to
membership,
e) apply to become a Tennessee Non Profit Corporation,
f) apply for exempt status under section 501(c)3 of the IRS
Code,
g) Create a club flyer and send to licensed amateur radio
operators in our area,
h) Pursue the purchase of an ARRL library reference set for
distribution to a local library after
TLARC is recognized an ARRL Affiliated Club,
i) Purchase liability insurance thru the ARRL after TLARC is
recognized an ARRL Affiliated Club,
j) Appoint a committee to design a club logo and choose a vendor
for clothing apparel.
