I (we), the undersigned parent(s)/guardian(s) of said participant, fully understand that there are risks in- volved in my (our) child’s participation in the said camp. I (we) represent that (my) our child voluntarily desires to participate in activity; and that I (we) am (are) duly aware of the risks and hazards that may arise through participation in activity. The undersigned, by signing this release, hereby certifies that the undersigned has read and fully understands the conditions herein provid- ed and that he/she signs this agreement voluntarily and without reliance upon any promise or representation which is not contained in this agreement. We (I) give authorization to the athletic training staff or designated entity to evaluate our (my) child and treat any injuries that occur during said activity. This includes immediate first and treatment, referral to hospital or physician consultation, and/or emergency services. Theron Aych Offensive Coordinator/Assoc. Head Coach
Theron Aych has led a Rams potent attack as offensive coordi-nator and assistant head coach that has set numerous rec-ords in just three seasons. Aych’s second year running the Ram offense was a record breaker on the ground while his
third season broke passing records. The offense set the sea-son record for the second-straight season in total offensive yards averaged per game with 469.7. Aych’s offense saw 7 players make the All-Conference Team including 2 All Ameri-
cans QB Kyle Washington and WR Anthony Yancy
Jeff Girsch Defensive Coordinator
Jeff Girsch has 17 years of collegiate coaching experience. As his first year as defensive coordinator he lead the rams to most turn overs in a season since 2011. Additionally, he coached an all-conference line backer Blair smith, and all
During his three seasons as receivers coach, Dallas was able to coach two of the more prolific receivers in ASU history in C.J.
Akins and Dakarai Pecikonis. Pecikonis became the all-time ASU leader in receiving yards (2,831 yards) and receptions
(183). Pecikonis & Akins both had career highs for catches in a season and both eclipsed the 2,000 yardage mark for their
careers under Dallas.
Jay Eilers Offensive Line
During his second season at ASU, he guided an offensive line that was No. 1 in the LSC limiting opponents to only 15 sacks in 12 games. The front five was the main force behind setting the season record for offensive yards averaged per game at 469.7. The line provided protection for Kyle Washington to
become the first quarterback in school history to throw for over 3,000 yards in a single season
Gary Salgado
Defensive Line Salgado guided Clayton Callicutt to 8.0 sacks and 20.0 tackles for loss. Callicutt garnered LSC Defensive Lineman of the Year honors and was ranked in the top 10 in tackles for loss nation-
ally. Additionally, John Siliga was named 1st Team All-Conference. Salgado coached a defensive line that registered 25.0 of the teams 31 sacks on the season while also register-
ing 60 of the team’s 94 tackles for loss.
