    aurat ka ikhtilaat waghera) ki ma’loomaat milnay par nishan-dahi-o- shara’i rahnumayi batatay waqt is baat ka khaas khayal rakha jaye kay fitna-o-fasaad ka andehsa na ho (jahan zann-e-ghalib ho kay samjhanay say maan jaye ga, wahe tarkeeb ki jaye) aur Maktaba-tul-Madina ka matboo’a risala “28 kalimaat-e-kufr” paysh kiya jaye.

    ���� Taqseem e-rasayil main bil-khusoos mouqa’ ki munasibat say rasayil ki tarkeeb ki jaye maslan: “Qabr ki pehli raat, Murday kay sadmay, Murday ki bay-basi, 4 sansani-khayz khuwab, badshahon ki haddiyan, fatiha ka tareeqa, Faizan-e-Yaseen Shareef, Faizan-e-Namaz” waghera.

    � Tajheez-o-takfeen zimmadaran (Zeli halqa ta mulk satha) “Zeli halqa ta Mulk karkardgi baraye Majlis Tajheez-o-Takfeen” apni matehet zimmadaran ki karkardgiyo ko madd-e nazar rakh kar pur farmayen.     � Jub bari satah ki zimmadar degar satah ki zimmaidaran ka madani mushwara kar len to es maah in ka mahana madani mushwara nahe hoga.

    besh 103 shoba’- jaat mein neki ki dawat ki dhoomain macha rahi

    hai, inhi shoba’ jaat mein se aik shoba "majlis e Tajheez o

    Takfeen" hay, is shobay ke Madani kaam ke hawalay se chand

    "sharie Madani phool" mulahiza kijiyej. (yeh Madani phool iffta maktab se tasdeeq shuda hain)

    ���Jab maiyat ke ghar walay rabita karen to awwalan un se ma’loom karlen ke maiyyat ka intiqaal hue kitni dair hui hai?

    Ma’loomat ke ba’d muta’lliqeen ko maiyat se muta’lliq zaroori

    baton ki hidayat di jayen, jaisay aankhon ka band karna,

    ungelian, haath paon seedha karna aur jabray ke neechay se aur

    sar ke upar se aik chorie patti le jaakar Girah lagadi jaye aur

    yeh tamam kaam intahi narmi ke sath kiye jayen. ���Namaz-e janaza baaz auqaat dair se hoti hai, agar samjhaana

    dair na karen, woh fori day dain, neez agar woh sard khana

    (cold storage) mein rakhna chahtay hain to hikmat amli ke sath

    sumjhaayein aur agar woh nahi mante to khud un ko yeh nahi

    kahin ke aap is maiyyat ko sard khanah (cold storage) mein

    rkhwadain. umooman sard khanah (cold storage) mein rakhwana bila-zarorat

    e sharai hota hai, basa auqaat kisi ke intizaar ke liye rakhwa

    dete hain, awwalan to bila haajat e sharai takheer karna khilaf e

    sunnat dosra sard khanah mein maiyyat ki aziyyay hai kay is

    ka jism tak akarr jata hai yaad rkhye! jis cheez se zindah ko

    takleef hoti hai is se maiyyat ko bhi takleef hoti hai. jaisa ke

    lehaza awwalan to yahi samjhaya jaye ke jald az jald tadfeen ki

    ��Maiyyat ke baray mein jab ittila miley aur koi uzr na ho to hat-tal imkan koshish karen ke khud un ke yahan ghusal ke liye

    pohnchain, is mein Ameer o ghareb, shakhsiyat o ghere

    shakhsiyat ki tafreeq nahi honi chahiye. ��� Ghusal e maiyat farz e kifaya hai, lehaza jo islami bhai ghusal

    hona zurori hai, ghusale maiyyat se Ibrat haasil karte rahen. ��� Ghusal mein itnay hi afraad shaamil hon jin ki zaroorat hai,

    zayed afraad nah hon, ghusal mein madad karne ke liye ghar ke afraad mein se woh fard daakhil ho jo madad kar saktha hai to achha hai, warna woh bhi wahan moujood na rahay, ba’z maqamat par ghar walon se aik lota pani dalwaya jata hai, ya kafoor ka pani bahanay ka kaha jata hai, agar yeh pani ghusal ke mukammal honay ke ba’d bila zaroorat dalwaya jata hai to israaf hai is ki ijazat nahi aur agar ghusal ka hissa hota hai aur be satri (be pardaghi) nahi hoti to dalwa saktay hain.     bhai س�يل اهللا �� ghusale maiyyat dete hain, yeh Madani phool bhi zehan nasheen rahay ke ghusale maiyyat ki ujrat lena agarchay jaaiz hai magar ba’z sooraton mein lena na-jaaiz hai maslan wahan koi dosra ghusal dainay wala nahi to isi par ghusal dena zurori hojaye ga aur is ka is par ujrat lena na-jaaiz hai. Ba’z maqamat jaisay Balochistan (Pakistan) mein log zabardasti maiyat ke kapray waghera ghusal dainay walay ko dete hain nah len tou ghar pouncha kar jatay hain. yeh zahiran ujrat hi ki soorat hai, lehaza agar is ke ilawa koi ghusal dainay wala nahi tha to is ka un cheezon ka lena jaaiz nahi hoga ghar walon ko samjha kar wapas kar dein, neez inhen itna bta dain ke maiyyat ke maal mein ab tamam varison ka hissa hai aap yeh kisi ko bhi nahi day sakte, is ke liye daar ul iffta ahle sunnat (rabita numbers: 0300-0220112-15) ya kisi bhi sunni mufti sahib se rabita karwadain.

    ��� Maiyyat ki haalat agar aam haalat se hatt kar ho maslan jism ka aisi haalat mein hona ke pani bahana jis par mumkin nah ho ya baaz hissay aisay hain jin par pani nahi bahaya ja sakta ya maiyyat ke jism ka aksar hissa hi kata phataa hai waghera to chunkay un mein ba’z mein faqat pani bahaya jata hai aur ba’z sooraton mein tayamum ki soorat banay gi aur ba’z mein aslan ghusal hoga hi nahi, lehaza agar aisay muamlaat paish aayen, jin mein ghusal dainay ke hawalay se mushkilat paish aayen tou apni taraf se ijtehaad karne ya tajribah karne ki bajaye darul iffta ahle sunnat se ya kisi mustand sunni mufti sahib se rabita farmaayen.

    Bahhar e Shariat mein hai: murdy ko agar ghusal na day saken khuwa is wajah se ke pani nahi ya is wajah se ke is ke badan ko haath lagana jaaiz nahi jaisay ajnabi aurat ya apni aurat ke marnay ke baad usay chhoo nahi sakta (aur koi ghusal dainay wala waqiatan mojood nahi hai) to usay tayamum karaya jaye, ghair Mehram ko agarchay shohar ho aurat ko tayamum karanay mein kapra haail hona chahiye.

    Bahhar e Shariat mein hai: kisi musalman ka aadhay se ziyada dhar mila to ghusal o kafan den ge aur janaza ki namaz padhain ge aur namaz ke ba’d woh baqi tukra bhi mila tou is par dobarah namaz na parhen ge, aur aadha dhar mila tou agar is mein sar bhi hai jab bhi is ka yahi hukum hai aur agar sar na ho ya tool mein sar se paon tak dahna ya bayaan aik janib ka hissa mila to un dono sooraton mein na ghusal hai na kafan na namaz balkay kapray mein lapait kar dafan kar dein.

    ghar ho ya kisi flahi center ya hospital ke kisi kamray mein parday ki mukammal aehthyat honi chahiye na maiyyat ki be sitri ho na khud ghusal dainay walay ki kisi namhram ke sath be pardaghi ka maamla ho.

    ��� Who maqamat jahan ghusal nahi diya jata maslan masjid ke wuzu khanah ya jamia o madrasa ke wuzu khanah waghera in maqamat par ghusal na dain. yuhi aisay maqamat par ghusal na dain jis se maiyyat ki be-hurmati hoti ho maslan ghoray ka astabal (ghoray bandhnay ki jagah) waghera, aisi jagah ghusal na dain.

    ���� Maiyat ki ashya maslan Haath ka kara ya koi bhi shai (maslan hath ki gharri, angothi waghera) ho tou woh maiyyat ke ghar walon ko day dain, apne paas rakhna ya az-khud faqeer ko sadqa kar dena jaaiz nahi.

    Takfeen ke baray mein Madani phool:

    ����Kafan sunnat ke mutabiq hi dain, jitne kapray masnoon hain utnay hi kapray dain, kisi rishta daar waghera ke kehnay par

    zayed kapra na dain, khusoosan islami behnoon ke hawalay se

    ke mukhtalif cheeze rakhnay ki zid ki jati hai, aisi soorat mein

    un ko sharie masla bayan kar dein. Albatta tabarruk ke tour par

    koi kapra rakhna chahtay hain to is ko is andaaz par rakhen ke

    kafan ka hissa maloom nah ho. ���� Kafan ka jo kapra bach jaye woh is maalik hi ko day dain,

    ghar walon mein se jo laya hai agar tarka mein se laya ya

    mangwaya tha to bacha howa bhi tarka hi shumar hoga woh

    wurasa ko day dain, khud le janay ya sadqa karne ki ijazat

    nahi, na hi sunnat kafan mukammal honay ke baad is bachay

    hue hissa ko kafan mein shaamil karne ki ijazat hai. ��� Ghusal o kafan mein kisi terhan ke ghair sharei mutalbe ko

    poora na kiya jaye. maslan maiyyat ke zair-e naaf o baghal

    waghera ke baal kaatna, maiyyat ko zeenat nahi day satke,

    lehaza surma waghera nah lagayen, yuhin ba’z maqamat par

    kanwari larki ko dulhan banaya jata hai aur ba’z maqamat par

    kunware larke ko bhi dulha banatay hain, is ki shara’n hargiz

    ijazat nahi, samjhaana mumkin ho tou hikmat ke sath

    samjhayen, khud in afa’al mein har gaz shareek na hon. maiyyat ki daarhi sir mein kangha karna ya naakhun kaatna ya

    kisi jagah ke baal kaatna najaaiz o makrooh e tahrimi hai,

    lehaza un umoor se bhi bilkulya (mukammal tour par) ijtinab kya

    jaye ga. Bahhar e Shariat mein hai: maiyyat ki daarhi ya sir ke

    baal mein kangha karna ya naakhun tarashna ya kisi jagah ke

    baal mondna ya kutarna ya ukharna na-jaaiz o makroh e

    tehrimi hai balkay hukum yeh hai ke jis haalat par hai isi haalat

    mein dafan kar dein, haan agar naakhun toota ho to le satke

    hain aur agar naakhun ya baal taraash liye to kafan mein rakh

    den.

    ����agar kisi nay apne paas kapray ka than is liye rakha ho ke is se kafan ke liye maiyyat ke ehley khanah se qeematan is ko

    bechey ga tou is mein chand baton ki ahtiyat intahi zurori hai,

    agar kafan ehley maiyat ko farokht kar rahay hain to pehlay se

    qeemat waghera tey karni hogi aur wazeh karna hoga ke yeh is

    ka apna kapra hai jo woh farokht kar raha hai, bey’ (kharedo

    farokht) durust honay ki deegar sharait bhi madde nazar rakhni

    hon gi neez aisa har giz nah ho ke ehley khanah nay agar

    pehlay se kafan mangwaya howa hai tou yeh bazid ho ke is se

    kafan khareeda jaye, aafiyat isi mein hai ghusal dainay walay

    ehley maiyyat se kafan ki khareed o frokht ka muamla nah hi

    karen balkay un ko khud bandobast karne ka keh den. ���� Ghusal o takfeen ke ba’d ehley maiyyat ke sath baithna

    sharean o murwwatan mumkin ho tou zaroor bethain aur dil joi

    karen. Agar sharan durust na ho maslan be pardaghi hoti hai ya

    haalat ka taqaza hai ke na betha jaye to na bathain.

    Namaz e janaza parhanay kay madani phool ����Namaz e janaza parhanay ke liye awwalan majlis Tajheez o

    Takfeen ke tey shuda triqِa e kar ke mutabiq test paas hona zarori hai. Isi terha imamat karwane ke liye yeh bhi zarori hai ke uss ki qiraat durust ho, namaz-e janaza parhanay ka tareeqa jaanta ho aur zurori bunyadi masail bhi jaanta ho.

    ���� Agar maiyyat ke ghar se qabristan ka faasla ziyada ho tou ba’z auqaat bus/ truck waghera ke zariye maiyyat ko le jaane ki tarkeeb ki jati hai, doranِe safar agar islahi bayan kiya jaye to is baat ki ahthiyat zurori hai ke zabani bayan na karen balkay maktaba tul madina ka shaya kardah risala parh kar sunaein aur qabristan mein haazri ke aadaab bayan kiye jayen.

    ��� Qabaristan poanch kar agar qabar par payon rakhay bighair qabar tak pohanchna mumkin ho tou jayen aur agar mumkin nahi to faqat itnay hi afraad jayen jin ki tadfeen mein zaroorat hai, baqi afraad bahar kharray rahen, dosaron ko samjhaana mumkin ho tou pyar mahabbat se sumjhaayein agar fitna o fasad ka andesha ho tou is mauzoo par baat na karen lekin khud na jayen.

    ���� Qabr ke paas charpayee is ehthyat se rakhen ke kisi doosri qabar par charpayee ke payon mein se koi paya na rahay aur

    qabar ki qibla janib rakhen aur utarain bhi qibla hi ki janib se. ���� Agar janaza kisi islami behan ka hai tou maharim hi sab kaam

    anjaam dain, qabar mein utarne mein ghair Mehram har giz

    shaamil nah ho, siwaye is soorat mein jahan Shariat ijazat deti ho. ���� Qabr mein utaarnay ka tareeqa aur is se muta’lliq zarori

    masail maslan litaney ka tareeqa, qabar mein pakki eenten hon

    tou geeli mitti lepna, ehad nama waghera rakhnay ka tareeqa

    waghera laazmi seekh len. Majlis ke tehat jo test ka nizaam

    tkfin ka tareeqa" mein likh kar diye gay hain aur jis se le rahay

    hain to Mehram ke sath jayen ya bas mein aisa safar mumkin

    shohar ki ijazat se hi jaye aur ghair shadi shuda honay ki soorat
