Why is air important?

Human needs oxygen to breathe.Plants needs carbon dioxide to perform photosynthesis.Oxygen is required for combustion.

What is air pollution?

Pollution is an undesirable state of the natural environment being contaminated with harmful substances as a consequence of human activities.

We can reduce global warming…By planting a lot of trees.Discourage open burning .Car pooling.Reduce usage of toxic chemical substances.Avoid using appliances that produce Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC).Practice the 3Rs - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.Reduce the need to copy or print.Switch off the lights when not in use.
