The Daniel Ricciardo Identity comprises the Daniel Ricciardo Icon and Custom Wordmark. These elements should always appear together, as shown in these guidelines.
This is the preferred version of the Daniel Ricciardo Visual Identity. The CMYK tonal version is the preferred colourway and should be used on all applications. Where printing CMYK is not possible the 2 colour solid version may be used.
The colours of the Daniel Ricciardo Visual Identity are PMS 2925C and PMS Black 6C.
Pantone® and CMYK colours apply in all print and reproduction circumstances and for coated and uncoated paper stocks.
The Daniel Ricciardo Visual Identity may not appear in any other colours other than those specified in these guidelines. PMS colour swatches must be attached to all artwork provided to suppliers, to act as a colour reference.
In all reproduction methods colours must always be matched as closely as possible to the PMS colour swatches specified.
Note: digital formats supplied include both PMS, CMYK, RGB and Web safe colour versions.

Daniel Ricciardo Visual Identity preferred colour usage
Maintaining the integrity of the Daniel Ricciardo Visual Identity is essential, therefore the colour information specified here must be strictly adhered to. The Ricciardo Master Identity can only appear in, and on, the colours specified below.
Master Identity CMYK tonal (preferred version for all applications) The CMYK tonal version must be used for all applications. If reproduction using CMYK is not possible the following colour specifications may be used.
The Daniel Ricciardo Visual Identity is most effective when surrounded by as much uninterrupted space as possible. The example to the right shows the basic formula for calculating the minimum clearspace and can be used to determine the clearspace for the brand at any size. Where possible, use more clearspace than the minimum.
The minimum clearspace is determined by the x height of the Ricciardo Custom Wordmark, as indicated to the right, for the Master Identity (preferred version) and Horizontal versions. The Stacked version x height is determined by the cap height indicated below.

Where there is any question of the quality of reproduction, the brand should be used at a size larger than the minimum size specified here.
When the Daniel Ricciardo Visual Identity needs to be reproduced at a smaller size than indicated above, the solid version must be used.
To avoid any possible reproduction problems, the Ricciardo Solid wordmark may never be reproduced at a size where the custom workmark is less than 30mm in width. Where there is any question of the quality of reproduction, the Solid Brand Mark should be used at a size larger than the minimum size specified here.
