Matt 11:16-17 – But to what shall I liken this generation? It is like children sitting in the marketplaces & calling to their companions, 17 & saying: 'We played the flute for you, & you did not dance; we mourned to you, & you did not lament.' (Job 21:11-13; Ecc 3:4).
