1.0. Welcome to the Future Partners of Dan Minshaw Racing (DMR) Dan Minshaw Racing was established in 2015 to support the development of Future Racing star - Dan Minshaw.

DMR has been formed to develop the Motorsport Career of Dan Minshaw and we are working in close partnership with Simon Green Motorsport (SGM). A partnership between your organisation and Dan Minshaw - A star in the making, will bring about many mutual benefits. Not only will you benefit from the extensive exposure on offer, but you will also have the satisfaction of knowing when Dan makes it to top flight motorsport, that you have made a valuable contribution supporting him. Not only that, we will maintain a roll of honour for all those who contribute to this journey, and those who support this journey will receive favourable packages on future projects, and access to Dan as his popularity grows. Our future plans are to have Dan make the full transition from karts to full blown race cars, and he has already been offered a seat in the Schools Colleges and University Motorsport Single Seater Race Series. DMR are working closely with SGM, a team that was set up in 2009, and specialises in all aspects of race car support, running, preparation and build; hot hatches, single seater racing cars, GT Cars, Ginetta GT's, historic American V8’s through to running ex BTCC (British Touring Car Championship) star - Anthony Reid and Freddie Hunt (son of the F1 Legend James Hunt) in the fantastic Jaguar XKR-S GT3 Race Car under the Bring The Cat Back project. SGM have an entry in the 2016 Dubai 24 hrs, and we would also like to see Dan make his debut in Endurance Racing. 2016 will be a big year for Dan and we are making plans for the season, and determining the best route for him - Formula MSA, Ginetta GT or possibly British GT in an AUDI R8 GT3. We will also be looking to get Dan in 'One Off' races with our network of contacts and he has already been offered a Test-Drive with one of the Touring Car feeder teams. 2.0. Background Dan contacted me in 2013 regarding coming to study on the Motorsport Course I was running at a college in Birmingham. His passion for the sport, his desire to learn - not only about driving, but also understanding the engineering side and vehicle dynamics, filled me with confidence about his potential and inspired me greatly, and when he asked me to manage his career I had to say yes.

Kartforce Dan is a much focussed individual, particularly about his racing. But he also has a very thoughtful and selfless side to his nature. He contacted me in 2014 to say that he was organising a Kart Racing event to raise funds for Kartforce - the charity that supports injured British Armed Forces personnel to participate and enjoy Motorsports. On the 25th April 2015, at a very wet Ellough Park Kart Track an Endurance Racing Event took place with 2 Kart Force Teams and a number of other teams which raised £2,100.00 in funds for Kartforce.

Dan's efforts received press coverage and appreciation from Kartforce, as well as Social Media coverage See Attachment B. This will be an event that we intend to hold every year, and we would invite DMR partners to joins us with a team and compete at the event.


Dedication The dedication of Dan Minshaw never ceases to amaze me; he recently went on holiday, and where most people go to lay on the beach and relax, Dan finds a Kart Track and goes racing. Not only does he go racing he: 1) Shatters 4 yr old Lap Record 2) Is invited to race for the Bellevue Team 3) Sets pole position on Saturday 4) Wins Race on Sunday

MSA Academy Such is the commitment and passion of Dan to his racing, he was invited to apply to the MSA Academy, and he subsequently secured his rightful place with other elite up-and-coming potential future champions. Whilst on the programme, Dan will receive guidance and training on fitness, strength and endurance specific for Motorsport - something we have already started. He will also be guided on diet and eating to ensure he is at the highest level of readiness when he races. Most importantly, he will receive Driver Coaching from top level, highly experienced professional racing drivers, so his performance levels, speed, skills and ability will just continue to improve.


3.0. Scope of this Proposal Mallory Park - Formula Ford Champion of Mallory - 10th - 11th October 2015

A major new Formula Ford trophy will take place at Mallory Park this October. The ‘Star of Mallory’ will return leading FF1600 action to the Leicestershire lakeside venue, and will headline a new car race meeting.

The Festival was inaugurated soon after the formula was created, which has long been seen as the natural stepping stone from karting into single seaters. This is considered the premier Formula Ford contest, which attracts competitors from around the world, with the stars of tomorrow battling the Formula Ford masters of today. The competition, run in qualifying heats graduates to a spectacular 36 car Final on the Sunday afternoon. The Saturday heats are supported by races Historic cars on the Saturday, and a mixture of modern and historic cars on the Sunday.

4.0. Partnership Packages Below is a list of our partnership packages and the benefits we can offer you and your organisation. All prices are in pounds sterling. Full invoices are supplied for all transactions. Platinum Package: £5,450 The personal touch: Full primary vehicle* branding and your company associated with the vehicles race entry, i.e, the car will be entered as the 'Lane Roofing SGR Van Diemen'. The vehicle will be wrapped in your company colours, or product lines. Large (2,000mm x 2,000mm) company logos (one on each side) will also be placed on the Teams Vehicle Trailer (a group picture can be taken with your guests with this as a backdrop to appear in the Photo Book - see below). This is a bespoke package and can be tailored to your own needs. This package includes 4 full garage boards, custom embroidered company logos on all team wear and drivers race suits. The team will have a Professional photographer present to capture your experience, and he will capture pictures of the car on circuit, you and your guests with the car, the driver and alongside the trailer/car, the pit-board with your company name (see 2 below), as well as a selection of photos that you can choose. You will receive a selection of JPEG format pictures on CD that you can use in promotional material. The car will also be set up with onboard video, as well as video from the trackside/pits, and copies of this will also be provided. You will also receive:

1. Limited Edition event specific replica Jackets, polo-shirts for you and each of your guests, as well as a team baseball cap, for every member of your party (Maximum of 10; these will not be available with any other package).

2. Name plate on the Pit Board (see picture below) 3. 10 tickets to the event that you choose to support the team. 4. Full Hospitality; join us for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Meet the driver and team. 5. Photo Book (supplied after the event); a photographic record of the event: the car in

your livery, you and your party with the driver and car, the car racing in your livery. This will also be signed by the driver - Dan Minshaw, and the team if requested.

Weight: 500kg (Approx) Top Speed: 130mph – Gearing dependant 6.0 The Future The long term strategy is to get Dan into top flight Motorsport, with Formula 1 being the ultimate goal. The DMR Team are already talking to a number of teams and race series to ensure Dan has the best opportunity to achieve his goals. Dan has been offered a Test Drive in a Touring Car feeder team, and we see this as a potential opportunity to progress Dan's career. Looking forward to after the 3 Formula Ford races in October 2015, SGM have an entry in the Dubai 24hr in January 2016, and potentially the Bathurst 12hr February 2016. Competing in these races would improve Dans skills and driver craft, by gaining experience of endurance racing and driving at night. This format of racing would also enable team partners to gain global projection into a number of different countries around the world, and both of these events are televised.


7.0 Media Network DMR have already started to attract interest based on the initial activities of the team, with press coverage for the Karting Force Event, and interest from a British owned Film Company based in QATAR, with a very exciting Motorsport Based project to be launched in 2016. DMR are currently developing a marketing strategy to engage with the media, public and newspapers and magazines. This will also include promotion via highly followed internet blogs. This will be based on getting maximum exposure and media coverage for Dan, the team and all our partners. This will be a great opportunity for us to endorse our partners in the project and help to advertise or promote anything that our partnering organisations would like us to. 8.0 Social Media A platform that DMR is actively involved in and we will work with our partners to promote their brand awareness with the all of our projects. The team have pushed to create a large social media following for DMR, and linked with other Pages and Teams, utilised Twitter and a novel Twitter add-on, that produces a daily online Newspaper that could be targeted and focussed for our partners. DMR also utilise Linked-In, Pin-It, and many others. In light of this, the team believe that an organisation from any industry can increase their brand awareness by partnering with the team and exploring this ever progressing platform. 9.0 A Big Thank You From the DMR Management Team, we would like to thank you for taking the time to learn more about our dedicated team, and our plans to support the Future Racing Star Dan Minshaw.
