Teams will enter and proceed directly to warm-up location. • There will be 3 stations of 8 minutes each: o Station 1: 3 Strip Stunt Mat o Station 2: 2 Strip Spring Tumble Mat o Station 3: 9 Strip Cheer Mat Scoresheet Details: • All Scoresheets will be emailed and available for pick up approximately 10 minutes after the performance behind the Judge’s Riser. • Accuscore: Located behind the Judges Riser. Awards (Pick-Up location in Field Tunnel Area): • Awards will be virtual for this event (posted on Facebook) • Please have 1 Coach per team designated to pick up Awards after the Virtual Announcement. • AWARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED! PLEASE PICK UP AT EVENT! Spectator Fees/Event Details: • General 1 Day Admission: $10 for adults. Children: free admittance for ages 12 and under • Tickets will be available for Online Pre-Sale only (ticket purchase links will be provided by your Gym). Tickets will not be sold at the door or sold publicly online. Limit spectators to 2 persons per athlete. • Spectator entrance will be designated at a specific scheduled report time stated on detailed schedule. • Spectator’s will have a designated entry and exit door for flow of traffic. • Spectators and athletes will be required to exit the venue following their team’s performance. • There will be a professional photographer & videographer at this event. • Parking (map attached): Parking is FREE. Spectators enter in Door K. Coaches/Athletes enter in Door K1/2. • Autographs with DCC will be in the vendor merchandise area. We will NOT have team photos available. Additional Guidelines: • Masks must be worn at all times inside the venue. • Concessions will be sold at the event. No outside food for drink allowed! Exception: Athletes will be allowed to bring in full bottled water. Water Stations or Refill Stations WILL NOT be provided. • Concessions & Event merchandise will be available for purchase with physical distancing protocols in place.
