CIP SYSTEM
Automated CIP system is intended for providingof “clean-in-place” process for equipment, tanksand pipelines by using washing solutions, rinsing,chemical and thermal disinfection in automaticmode without dismantling.
CIP system visually displays the entire process on the touch screen:
temperature;concentration;
vel of the washing solution in tank;condition of valves, pumps, emergency alarms, etc.
Our CIP system is very simple in operation: there are no keys and buttons. Operator selects the corresponding object for cleaning (pasteurizer, tank, pipeline, etc.) by touch screen. Thus if the object isn’t ready for cleaning
