How to use the auto-monitoring table:
6) All other information such as total ovetime wage, total night differential wage, and month gross salary are automatically calculated.

1) Under Sat/Sun/Holiday column, put letter "sat" on the blank cell if working day is Saturday while put letter "sh" if working day is Sunday and other holidays. If weekdays, leave it blank. Refer to example in the 1st row…
2) Under 40hrs/44hrs column, if working day is Saturday, put number "44" on the blank cell if the company is under 44-hrs workweek while put number "40" if the company is under 40-hrs workweek system. If other days, leave it blank. Refer to example in the 1st row...
3) Under time-in and time-out column, input your actual time-in and time-out daily time record. If dayshift use the left table while if nightshift use the right table.

4) Under the breaktime column, input your number of hours break in a day. If your breaktime is less than 1-hr, input it in hour mode not in minutes mode. For example, 30mins = 0.5hr, 15mins. = 0.15hrs.
5) Under the ND work hrs column, input the night differential worked hours on the specified column if applicable.
7) For month net salary income, manually compute it using applicable salary deductibles. Refer to important notes directly below the table.
8) OPTIONAL! If your company is just implementing 40-hrs workweek system, within 3-years from its implementation, deduct your month gross salary with 16,440won (16hrs OT in a month at 0.25% OT salary only) to get your final month net salary.
