Learning Objectives : Pupils will be taught to:

1. Understand, read and write the vocabulary

related to time.

Learning Outcomes : At the end of the lesson, the pupils should be able

to

1. Read time to the half hour on a clock based on

teacher’s explanation and teaching and

learning activities.

2. Write the time to the half hour based on

teacher’s explanation and teaching- aids.

Group Learning Outcomes :

1. The good pupils should be able to read and

write time to the half hour on a clock correctly

with minimum guidance from teacher.

2. The average pupils should be able to read and

write time to the half hour on a clock correctly

with some guidance from teacher.

3. The weak pupils should be able to read and

write time to the half hour on a clock correctly

with full guidance from teacher.

Existing Knowledge :

1. The pupils have learnt to use units of time and

know the relationship between:

a. hour and minutes

b. day and hours.
