This course is based on the premise that information systems (IS) knowledge isessential for creating a successful and competitive rm, managing globalcorporations adding business value and providing useful products and servicesto the customers. This course is designed to prepare students to be aneective e!ploiter of IT"IS for business value and strategic benets.

To provide an understanding of the issues relating to information systems strategy and informationtechnology strategy in organizations.
