Celiac Disease &Gluten IntoleranceCeliac Disease a"ects over 2 million people in the United States (1 in 133), but approx 97% are undiagnosed.1
It is an autoimmune digestive disease that damages the villi of the small intestine and interferes with the absorption of nutrients from food. It’s a genetic condition that can be inherited.
