We are developing lifelong learners. DISK is an authorized practitioner of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IBPYP). This supports our mission and SLOs: achieve academically, communicate effectively, collaborate effectively, and become socially conscious and caring individuals.Children in the Elementary School are challenged to aspire to these values through explorations in the IBPYP. We reflect often and celebrate our mission in monthly assemblies.

Culminating with the IB diploma program in grades 11 and 12, our high school program is academically demanding. Our purpose is to prepare students for life at quality institutions of higher education.Through a carefully designed curriculum, our students acquire not only in-depth knowledge of rigorous subjects but also learn how to learn, how to ask challenging questions, and how to behave in various academic settings.
