Czech DEX, s.r.o. was established in 2007 as the joint-venture

between DEX CEE and local consultants with the aim of undertaking

activities in the New Europe with Head office in Prague.

Czech DEX is member of Gruppo DEX network, European consultancy

network with HQ in Spain and members in 12 countries across

Europe.

Czech DEX works as innovation and consultancy company following

it’s main mission: financing of innovation

Czech DEX is operating in the regions of Central and South East

Europe

Czech DEX is focusing on the financing of innovation using public

financial instruments mainly: FP7, Horizon2020, COSME, Interreg

IVC, CENTRAL OP, SEE TCP

New INNOVATION FRONTIERS (AIEC and DEX Innovation Centre) were

incorporated to company structure to realize group direct activities

in the field of applied research, product, process innovation and

improvement of innovation frameworks or services.

Czech DEX activities are precisely set-up based on experience in serving

> Innovation management

Innovation management is one of the core

services provided by Czech DEX. Czech DEX is

an author of several successfully

implemented EU funded projects in the field

of innovation (ClustersCord, InoPlaCe,

PPP4Broadband, AutoNet, Autoclusters, ect).

Czech DEX deals with financing of SMEs as

one of its core activities. Czech DEX has also

an extensive track record in the field of

innovation support and clustering on regional

as well as trans-regional level.

> Methodological research and standardization

Czech DEX team has a long

experience in sectors analysis as

well as in strategic planning.

Czech DEX provides also a technical

background analysis based on

experiences gained through realized

activities for governmental

institutions as well as for the private

sector.

> Financing of innovations

Czech DEX is focusing on the early stage of

innovation development. This includes the

Czech DEX recognizes the potential of young people as one of the key driven forces of development,

InoPlaCe is international innovation project supporting the Young

Innovators (young people bellow 35 years of age with potential to run

innovative business) across Central Europe. The project significantly

contributes to the support of entrepreneurs among young people using

living lab methodology. Czech DEX is the author of this project.

Project NoNEETs deals with NEET population and its main aim is to

contribute by educating, training and encouraging this heterogeneous

population to be included in both labour market and the society in

general.

Within Youth4Job good practices and quality services in terms of

vocational orientation and guidance, that took into account the

employment perspective (Support services to Jobs Youth seekers,

Labour Market Mechanisms; Gender issues, ect.) were identified and

transferred across the regions.

> Youth support

Czech DEX developed the following projects and initiatives:

CLUSTERS-CORD project was focusing to improve regional capacity in

the management and development of clusters, through the exchange of

experiences and good practices and development of direct cooperation

among existing actors.

AutoNet is to boost innovation processes and promote CE region and its

actors as the key regions for the creating of new innovative processes,

materials or products in the automotive industry.

The aim of AUTOCLUSTERS was to bring together various subjects such

as Universities, R&D institutions, SMEs, NMS as well as IPA in order to

create first automotive network in South East Europe and by that

increase the innovation capacities in the regions and improve

technology and know-how transfer.

> Innovation management for industrial clusters

Czech DEX as an external expert in the following project:

Maintaining and improving the competitiveness of clusters in the

CENTRAL EUROPE area – this is the core objective of CluStrat. The

CluStrat project strives to develop a joint strategy on how to enhance

the innovation capacity and competitiveness of clusters in the CENTRAL

EUROPE area.

Czech DEX is supporting the National Cluster Association which is one of

the project partners, with an external content assistance (content

advisory and the overall content of work) and implementation of some

activities.
