INTRODUCTION This is a very flexible and varied daily excursion that touches the highlights of Bracciano’s Lake and his regional park, a naturalistic place far 19 miles km from the port of Civitavecchia. The regional park area are extended to 10 small towns : Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia, Campagnano, XX Municipio (Comune di Roma ), Manziana, Trevignano, Bassano Romano, Monterosi, Oriolo Romano and Sutri. This excursion is arranged in Bracciano and Anguillara areas and is enriched by the presence of Mr. Jerry that with his knowledge of people and territories will help the group to have an unforgettable experience. This experience is available and customized for every seasons of year.

THE BRACCIANO’S LAKE DAILY EXCURSION : This is a short and easier route for ordinary people. Our company have created 2 versions of this cycling excursion : cold and hot seasons. The excursion start in 8.30am from the port of Civitavecchia where our company will transfer the customers with minivan to Bracciano Lake. The distance from the port of Civitavecchia to the lake is 19 miles and around 9.30am we will have a welcome cocktail at our restaurant partner ‘Le Papere’ in Lungolago Argenti of Bracciano. After a small workshop (illustration of all details and supplying of tourist informations package of this excursion) we will be ready to start our excursion. In hot seasons the welcome cocktail and workshop will be arranged on the beach, in cold seasons we will live this moments in the main room of our restaurant partner. Start of our tour from Bracciano : we will ride by bicycle to the famous Odelscalchi medieval castle where will have a guided tour of castle. (length 1 hour) The Odescalchi Castle majestically reigns as one of the most beautiful feudal residences in all of Europe. Construction began in the second half of the fifteenth century, and is the realization of an ideal meeting point between military and civilian architecture. Architectural period: XV - XVIth century. some gossip curiosities : some people can remember that in this castle we have had the weddings of Tom Cruise - Katie Holmes and Eros Ramazzotti and Michelle Hunziker.

After the visit of the castle, around 11.30am, the group will ride in to the historical center of Bracciano town for a small tour and after we will ride to Anguillara direction. On the road we will stop at ‘Le Papere’ restaurant (around 12.30pm) where we will have a lunch with fresh local typical products and mediterranean diet. The lunch can be customizable under necessities of our customers with particular diets, for example vegetarian and no pork menu. After the lunch (around 2pm) we will continue the excursion to the center of Anguillara town where we will ride on the road of historical center and along the roads of the lake front and pier square. We will ride in Anguillara surrounding areas to Trevignano Romano direction and around 3pm we will come back to the Lungolago Argenti where we will have final drink and will transfer the tourists to the port of Civitavecchia.

Special Informations : Total distance of cycling activities : approximately 10 miles The castle is closed all Mondays, except during the month of August. Group dimension : minimum number 6pax - maximum 12pax
