This project allowed me to work on 39 varieties of furniture design; produc-ing a total of 4,325 furni-ture pieces for Gansvoort Park Hotel. The entire project faces varieties of challanges; from design solution, material selec-tion, co-ordination be-tween factory in China and client in New York. Each furniture was custom designed for each specific bedroom. Once the con-struction drawing was completed, I spend six months overseeing the entire production process to ensure the product is nicely finished before de-livery. The project was completed in October of 2010.
