From our warehouses, goods ordered before 16.00 hours will be shipped the same day. Batch and serial numbers of all goods are registered in order to guarantee error free delivery and traceability.

    23alloyisanage-hardenablenickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenumalloydesignedspecificallytocombineverygoodagedstrengthpropertieswithexcellentfabricationcoldcharacteristicsintheannealedcondition.WhileitsstrengthatelevatedtemperatureisnotquiteashighasmaterialssuchasWaspaloyalloyoralloyR-41,itisfareasiertoformorweldthanthesealloys.Alloy23exhibitsexcellentintermediatetemperaturetensileductilityandisnotnormallysubjecttostrainagecrackingproblemscommonforgammaprimestrengthenedalloys.

    55alloyisaniron-nickel-chromium-cobaltalloythatcombineseffectiveresistancetosulfidizing,carburizingandchlorine-bearingenvironmentsathightemperatureswithgoodoxidationresistance,fabricabilityandexcellenthigh-temperaturestrength.Ithasalsobeenfoundtoresistcorrosionbymoltenchloridesaltsandothersalts,andisresistanttocorrosionfrommoltenzinc.

    TheMultialloy(alsoknowasalloyN-155)isasolid-solution-strengthenedsuperalloywithexcellenthigh-temperaturestrengthandgoodoxidationresistanceupto1800F(980C).Ithasbeenwidelyusedforforgedorfabricatedcomponentsinorderaircraftandland-basedturbineengineapplications.Formodernengineapplications,ithasbeenlargelyreplacedbynewermaterials,suchastheH-3140alloy,whichhaveimprovedproperties.Multialloymaybecold-orhot-for-medbyavarietyoftechniquesandisweldablebymoststandardmethods.
