Assumptions at the beginning of LaunchPathIf: • The California Career Pathway Trust and WIOA

would generate significant supply of students and youth seeking work based learning; and,

• Employers in key sectors are suffering from a lack of qualified workers, and work based learning is solution to building their pipeline; and,

• Regions are how labor markets operate and how funding is being allocated,

Then:• A regional platform connecting employers with

those seeking work based learning will provide great value to many partners.
