Our CV database makes it quicker and simpler than ever for you to find the right candidates

Simpler searching The new database includes a ‘CVs by email’ service – set up your search and

any new CVs added matching your criteria will be emailed to you up to four times a day, saving you the trouble of ploughing through hundreds of candidates’ details

Download CVs or, if you prefer, email them to your inbox

Often recruit for similar positions? Save up to 10 searches, so you won’t have to start from scratch each time

When you find a candidate who fits the bill, check out the panel at the bottom of the ‘candidates more details’ page – it will show you the other job seekers who have applied for the same roles as the candidate you’ve found

Remind yourself what you’ve looked for before – check out the ‘search history’ section

The whole CV is searched for keywords, not just the title

The search engine also recognises when words are misspelt and suggests an alternative

Refine your search using several factors, such as industry sector, job type and salary

Clear results

See a snippet of each CV, without having to open or download it – for ease, your search terms are highlighted in yellow

Similar terms to the ones you’re searching for are highlighted in bold black italics, for example, accounts assistant also returns payroll assistant

Check the ‘Your history’ panel to see the last time you viewed and/or downloaded a CV

Keep track of who you’ve seen

Add comments alongside a candidate’s details so you can remind yourself, at a glance, what you thought of them

View all the CVs a candidate has saved in one place

Icons appear alongside a candidate’s details if you’ve viewed or downloaded their CV before or if you’ve already emailed their CV to yourself
