● My clinical duties ● 2 out patient clinic/week. ● Ward round. ● 2-3 shifts / week lasts 24 h. ● Emergency department 6 months. ● Abdominal ultrasound 3 times/ week. ● Medical seminar and journal clubs. ● Case presentation and conferences.

● My experience during my rotation in all units of internal medicine department includes: ● Nephrology unit dealing with acute and chronic renal failure, nephritic and nephrotic syndrome, all types

of glumerulonephritis,vasculitis and hemo- and peritoneal dialysis. ● Kidney transplant unit: pre & post operative care & follow up ● Cardiology unit dealing with patients with arrhythmias, ACS, rheumatic heart disease and

cardiopulmonary resuscitation. ● Hematology unit dealing with cases of anemia, bleeding disorders and hematological malignancy. ● Endocrine unite dealing with diabetic cases with its complications and other endocrinal diseases. ● Hepatology and GIT unite dealing with all hepatic diseases and GIT bleeding and diseases. ● Rheumatology dealing with collagen and connective tissue diseases. ● Experience in dealing with all cases in intermediate care unit in Assiut university hospital. ● Experience in dealing with all critical cases in CCU.
