A DESIGN PORTFOLIO

At age of 8, I told my mother while perusing one of many interior design magazines, that was what I wanted to do. At the top of her sapience taught me the most valuable lesson so far, the need to accommodate and accept in me the essence of others. At 14, I began to explore the world, other cultures and religions. I studied languages , English (First Certificate) and Spanish (A1).By age 19 I start an academic education in electrical engineering at the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologias UNL.

Alongside Istart discovering and working in arts and design. Take an interior design course, as also a sustainable building (Ordem dos Arquitectios) and web design training.

in 2011 I enroll the Design course at the Arquitectura e Design da Universidade de Lisboa.

And it was then that I discovered that design is being.Is to write in blank the many forms of writing that exist in the absence of words. Is to have in me the blank of nothing  and create everything.

Work for the gypsy community in association with a start up.Have been given to know that the Gypsy women in the neighborhood May 2,

Monsanto, are possessors of a vast knowledge about the herbs of the region. Monsanto Nature Park, which itself has a micro climate that enhances the herbal

and flower propreties.As a group of 4 designers, we developed the work so that in partnership with the Faculty of Agronomy of Lisbon, a database of the plants were created, as well as

produce a profitable business through the cultivation and sale of plants in areas of very circundadntes tourism.

And so was born the mark Urtiga (nettle).

For the National Day _ of design we were asked to investigate the Portuguese design in _ 20th century until the year 1984 and with the data collected to create

something yo share to increased awareness of design in Portugal. This was my proposal, a book of postcards that could go beyond its borders and

barriers. That functioned as a book as an art object on a wall as a tab book, or fulfilling its role as carrier of words and escrever design (write design).

In an era of flat furniture, the memory of the old is being left behind. With the re louis chair, I wanted to have the cutted cnc with docking forms,

assumed on the sides, with no hardware, and the traditional look of the “grandfather” armchair.

Mountable Kit as an easy puzzle, which favors the easy transport with flat packaging, having all the comfort with the high and comfortable cushions, creating

a new concept of nesting

To the universe of children between 1-3 years of age, where the forms need to be simple but attractive, and the objects sensorial but safe.

A multidisciplinary project that took four designers for workshops, developing forms and techniques in materials like wood, molded wood, iron and fiberglass.

Brand development for a company of interior design and feng shui. The name search began exploring the formation Asians and knowledge. HARYA is Sanskrit, the

primary liturgical language of Hinduism and still the philosophical language. It is considered to be the oldest language world, having at least 6000 years. Sanskrit is

considered the language of the Gods to have been developed from primordial sounds and systematically designed to include natural progression of the sounds

created by mouth human. The Sanskrit has 50 characters so that each represent a single wave sound length. The word chosen was HARYA, which means catchy. Sonically approaches our word area that means spaces. Spaces to decorate,

spaces to live in.The main tag line is “spaces are your second skin” and with this concept and sound

pun with area that all that involves HARYA borns.

This is the proposal made for a company of clothing for children.the tagline "wearing the imagination" appears with the need to strengthen the

worlds between the adults and the empirical will of creating new realities by children. Letting everything that is important to wear the characterization of the

characters of his plays.
