Review contract of several millions/year and elaborate a new “Reference” between Cardif, BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S) and ISFS (IBM) Main objectives were : Catalyze people during discussions, decrease conflicts and protect CLV interests, as a lot of elements missing : - Clear Governance (Roles & Responsibilities) and clear Costs allocation keys (shared environments)- Service Catalogue, Operational processes description- Contract terms : Reversibility, Hand-over, Documentation, Contract termination, etc.- KPI, SLA, Penalties aspects & Invoicing- Legal issues based on BNP Paribas group Policies
Also Responsible for :- Coach internal people on contractual aspects - Align with Purchase, IT, Security & Compliance - Report contract status directly to CEO and CIO - Close “open doors” to decrease Risks for CLV and propose solutions during negotiations.
