To control overflows from Racks 4, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, and 37 that discharge into the Ohio Canal and Little Cuyahoga River

Storage requirement – minimum of 28.6 Million Gallons

20 ft. in diameter, 6,220 feet in length with 15 million gallon storage tank at the downstream end

OCI Tunnel

This tunnel will reduce overflows from Racks 4, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, and 37 that discharge into the Ohio Canal and Little Cuyahoga River

The tunnel is required to store a minimum of 28.6 Million Gallons. We are planning a 20 foot diameter tunnel, approximately 6100 feet long with a 15 MGD basin at the end.

Construction will occur between 2014 – 2018Construction will occur between 2014 – 2018

There are stipulated penalties if this project is not advertised by a certain date or constructed by a certain date.
