What size is toolbox?

What’s Inside toolbox? Shock absorbent foam padding to provide a soft landing every time, lid ties, and plenty of room for your tooling.

Carbide tooling will be returned to you in labeled protective tubes. If a damaged tube crosses our path, it will be replaced with a fresh tube.

Just Fill. We do the sorting and provide an itemized quote. If you prefer to sort before you send, we send a matching confi rmation.

Now you can focus on what matters most to you. The toolbox streamlines tool management between your shop and ours while providing additional protection for your valuable tooling.

What do I do with the toolbox on our end? Keep it in your shop or tool crib as one central location to deposit spent tooling.

Do I have to fi ll our toolbox all the way before sending? Send your tooling for reconditioning when you are ready. Send it half full or keep it as long as you need. For very small orders, you can use our padded reconditioning toolbag or your own packaging.

How do I get the right toolbox for me? We will chose the right toolbox size and quantity for you based on the size of your order. You can change this at any time by requesting a specifi c size and quantity.

As the Cutting Tool Services division approached its 20th anniversary, we embarked on a plan to rebuild or replace every machine in our shop. Through our partnership with ANCA, we have done just that.

All tooling is produced on CNC tool and cutter grinders equipped with on-board optical measurement and inspection equipment.

Offl ine 3D simulation software allows for “full and true 3D simulation of the grinding process.”

Alliance Innovative achieved ISO9001 and AS9100B certifi cations in 2007, the highest quality and effi ciency certifi cations in the manufacturing industry.

Certifi cation was granted after 10 months, less than half the 18-24 months it normally takes to establish an operational quality management system and achieve both certifi cations simultaneously.

The fast accomplishment was particularly noteworthy considering it occured at the same time as a corporate acquisition, Lean Manufacturing consultation, and relocation to a new facility, all of which kept the company moving at a frenetic pace.
