The concentration of the inoculum placed is determined by turbidity method. b. The agar plates with the fabric are then incubated for 24 hrs at 37 degrees Centigrade. ((CFU/ml (0 hr) – CFU/ml (24 hr)) / (CFU/ml (0hr)) x 100 Note : This Antimicrobial test method is based on Section 10 of the JIS L1902 Standard test protocol. It provides a predictive evaluation of the JIS L1902 Standard Test protocol results. The results are reported in percentage efficacy rather than the conventional log reduction. Yarns are purchased only from reputed spinning mills or their authorized agents. Checking Knitting Parameters
Machine operators check the size at the start of each SKU by putting it onto a frame of therequired size. Machine operators are required to turn every single sock inside out and, whiledoing this, check the knitting quality of each sock.
Toe LinkingAll socks are linked using doubled nylon filament yarn on Rosso or Hand Linking system.
100% CheckingAll socks are manually checked after knitting and linking for knitting and linking defects.
Quality checking during Pressing (Boarding)The socks are boarded - In the course of such boarding, the socks are stretched out on aboarding frame. Pressing operators check each sock for minor defects that may haveescaped checking at the earlier stages. Pressing operators check the foot size of each sock, asthe boarding frames are made to specific foot size.
Quality checking during PackingThe socks are packed by hand; therefore final checking of each sock is done at the time ofpacking.
GuaranteeWe guarantee the socks manufactured by us to be free from any manufacturing defectsFree replacement of socks shall be made for any sock with a manufacturing defect.
