Custom Project Lifecycle It’s never been easier to get your hands on custom SeaDek; although it may take some time. Please refer to the guide below to get a rough idea of the entire custom project process. Step 1 Check our website for your boat kit (seadek.com ► Shop ► Made to Order ► Find Your Boat). If you don’t see your boat on our website, please contact our Customer Advocate Team for availability. If we don’t have your drawing on file, proceed to Step 2. SeaDek has an extensive network of Certified Fabricators and Installers trained to work on custom projects. Please use the Certified Locator Map on our website to find one near you. If a Certified Expert is unavailable, or you would prefer DIY, proceed to Step 3. To proceed, purchase a Template Kit and template the boat yourself. Ship your finished templates back to the address in the bottom right corner. Once your template has been scanned, a drawing will be generated. This may take up to 7 business days to complete. Next, you will receive your drawing and a quote via email. Please provide payment info at this time. Once your information is confirmed, a Dry Fit will be generated and mailed out at no cost to you. Please allow 5 business days for Dry Fit creation and 3-7 days for shipping. This process generally takes 5 business days. A revised drawing will be emailed to you for review or you may request to purchase a second Dry Fit. Once you have approved your Dry Fit or revised drawing, your custom representative will send your kit off to production. Please note that our standard production lead time is 15 business days.
