At the time I joined the team, they were working on a troubled
massive project that consisted of multiple subsystems such as
registration, information bank, and payment system. I helped the
team turn the project around, by analyzing existing challenges,
figuring out appropriate plans to handle them, and update the
project plan accordingly. I kept an open channel with our customer
to ensure everyone is on the same page on project requirements. I
supervised the development progress and ensured delivery on time.
At the beginning we had to work long hours, but we ended up turning
the project around quickly. Project was delivered on time, and is
still be being used until today.

· The Signal Corps Directorate: IT System Analyst/Programmer for
signals and frequences.
· Information Technology Training Institute (ITTI): Worked as
chief of IT Instructors Department. In addition I personally gave
multiple training sessions on various IT topics.
· The Royal Maintenance Corps Directorate: Worked as system
analyst and Oracle programmer to maintain the system and develop
any new requirements.
· Directorate of Training: System Analyst/Programmer to
establish a university student registration system.
· Directorate of Procurement: System analyst and developer on
multiple procurement systems.
· The Jordanian National Defense College: Analyzed and
programmed the college registration system.
· Plans and Policy Directorate: Established and maintained their
two main systems, Finance Control system and Vehicles system.
· Royal Medical Services (Medical City): System analyst and
developer on a large scale hospital management system. In addition
I worked on an inventory system for medical warehouses and
pharmacies.
