Description and rationale of the Learning Community:
The AOM CTE FastTrack program consists of 8 courses. Students who complete the 8
courses obtain a Certificate. In order to properly guide students through the program, a learning
community needs to be established. This learning community would enable the same group of
students who enroll for one of the 8 courses, to automatically be enrolled in the other 7 courses.
As a result, the same group of students would take the proper courses in the intended sequence,
we can better assess/monitor the program, and it guarantees students can obtain our AOM
