THANK YOU SIKESTON AUXILIARY 3319 The Sikeston Auxiliary #3319 of the Fraternal Order of Eagles donates each year to the Missouri State Auxiliary Golden EagleFund. Sikeston Auxiliary Chairman, Alice Thorne, and Ann Matthews, with the help of Auxiliary mem-bers, held a fund-raising dinner and netted $310.73. Alice and Ann chose to give this locally to the River-side Regional Library in Scott City to purchase large print books for the collection. Our sincerest appreciation to the Auxiliary for this wonderful and unexpected gift. We have ordered 21 new large print books for the Scott City Branch with these funds. They were all in stock and should be shipped and ready for the shelves within the next two weeks. The titles are: ALONE, by Lisa Gardner; AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIA-TION LOW-FAT, LOW-CHOLESTEROL COOKBOOK: DELI-CIOUS RECIPES TO HELP LOWER YOUR CHOLES-TEROL, by the American Heart Association; ART OF MEND-ING: A NOVEL, by Elizabeth Berg; BLIND ALLEY, by Iris Johansen; BROKER, by John Grisham; CARY GRANT: A BIOGRAPHY, by Marc Eliot; CHAMBER, by John Grisham; CONVICTION, by Richard North Patterson; DA VINCI CODE, by Dan Brown; DEMON RUMM, by Sandra Brown; FIVE PEOPLE YOU MEET IN HEAVEN, by Mitch Albom; FRIED GREEN TOMATOES AT THE WHISTLE STOP CAFÉ, by Fannie Flagg; HOT TARGET, by Suzanne Brockmann; LIFE EXPECTANCY, by Dean Koontz; RAINMAKER, by John Grisham; TED WILLIAMS: THE BIOGRAPHY OF AN AMERI-CAN HERO, by Leigh Montville; TIME TO KILL by John Grisham; TWISTED by Jonathan Kellerman; UNEXPECTED BLESSINGS, by Barbara Taylor Bradford; UNFINISHED LIFE by Mark Spragg; YOUNGER NEXT YEAR: A GUIDE TO LIVING LIFE
