Why Inquiry?

• Inquiry-based instruction requires participants to use creative and critical thinking to make meaning from works of art.

• Inquiry-based teaching strategies pose open-ended questions to challenge participants’ thinking about art and art-making, as opposed to teaching strategies based on lecturing or giving directions.

• Using inquiry allows for multiple perspectives on art and life.

Guided Tour + Workshops
