30-Minute Meals $69In a snap, whip up fajita’s with all the fixings, blackened flounder on a bed of sautéed Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes and classic grilled chicken served with green beans and mashed potatoes.

Creative Custom Cheesemaking $69Instructors teach you how to make ricotta, mozzarella and feta cheeses. Then, how to stuff ravioli with ricotta, make a mozzarella and prosciutto roulade appetizer and a watermelon salad with feta.

Cuban Cha-Cha-Cha $69Enjoy tropical flavors of traditional dishes such as Pork picadillo empañaditas, flavorful bites of pork, raisins and olives in tender cornmeal pastry; Ropa Vieja; black beans and rice, Moros Y Critianos; and finish with coconut milk and rum flan with roasted pineapple.

Elegant Holiday Buffet $69Chef Dani shares secrets of the trade including presentation techniques. The Art of Making Sausage $69Learn the art of sausage-making from the meat grinder to the frying pan or grill. This class will teach the basics of grinding and stuffing sausage as you make homemade brats, andouille and chorizo sausages.

The Farmer and The Chef $49Join The Farmer, Jim Martin of Compost in My Shoe and The Chef, David Vagasky of the Culinary Institute of Charleston, for the ultimate local farm-to-table experience. Be entertained as this evening of inspiration, idea sharing and food tasting takes you back to our roots and into the kitchen.

The French Connection Cooking Series $299In this four-part series, we make classic French mother sauces then move on to prepare famous soups followed by pastries and delicious desserts. Highlights of what we’ll make include rosemary dijon croque monsieurs; chicken braised in pinot fris with mushrooms, leeks and dijon mustard; savory cream puffs with smoked salmon and cucumbers; and sage green apple and aged cheddar tart.

Traditional Japanese Gohan $69Join Chef Yuri for a traditional Japanese gohan (meal). Learn to make the most popular dish in Japan, curry, followed by another Japanese staple, Pork Katsu. End with making Anko sweet adzuki beans which are commonly used in Japanese confectionery.

Chef David Vagasky guides you on how to make French bâtards, épis de blé, focaccia, ciabatta with stiff biga and sixstrand braid challah.

Art of Breadmaking II $149In this class, Chef David Vagasky teaches you the tricks and techniques of artisan breadmaking, moving to deeper flavors through fermentation and cultures: fermented French bread, light and marble rye breads, sourdough and seeded sourdough.

Celebration Cookies $69Start your holiday baking early! Bake French butter cookies (sables) with dark chocolate ganache; Christmas biscotti (cranberry, pistachio and cornmeal); Viennese hazelnut wafers with chocolate and caramel glaze; Scottish Oat Cakes; Amoretti (Italian almond macaroons); and Luscious lemon bars.
