Students in this pathway learn foundational culinary skills and explore international food culture and equipment. The pathway also focuses on career exploration and provides additional exposure to industry professionals. Graduates will be highly proficient or knowledgeable in the following: Knife Skills, Safety & Sanitation, Food Preparation Information and Skills and Industry/Workplace expectations.
