Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland is the first school in Switzerland to earn the Recognition of Quality Culinary Education mark – an international endorsement that is renowned in the culinary world. WORLDCHEFS is a global network of chefs associations that was founded in October 1928 at the Sorbonne in Paris. It is a leading authority on food, dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards of cuisines worldwide.
