CSSF 12 546 | Reminder

The deadline of 30 June 2013 approaching we would like to remind you of the requirements set out in CSSF Circular 12/546 in order to be fully compliant with it. We also remind you that a complete revised application file covering all the provisions of the Circular must be filed with the CSSF by 15 April 2013.
