If you are interested in a course, contact us to find out more. WHAT’S ON OFFER? Eligible participants can access a range of fully funded accredited and non-accredited short courses. ACCREDITED SHORT COURSES An accredited short course or skill set will earn you official credits for the units you complete. These unit credits may be applied to a related qualification if you choose to study a full certificate or diploma at a later date. When you successfully complete your accredited unit/s you will earn a Statement of Attainment. NON-ACCREDITED SHORT COURSES Non-accredited short courses are a great way to refresh your knowledge and increase your skills. Upon completion of a non-accredited short course a Certificate of Attendance can be provided. ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for funding, participants must permanently reside or be employed in Queensland, they must also be one of the following: > An Australian or New Zealand citizen > A permanent resident of Australia > A holder of a refugee or humanitarian visa Who is either: > A current active apprentice or trainee in Queensland undertaking a CSQ recognised qualification. > An existing worker or unemployed eligible worker in the first year out of their recognised apprenticeship or traineeship. > An apprentice or trainee who has had their recognised apprenticeship or traineeship cancelled and are accessing Queensland Government funding to complete training.
