Legal Basis
Executive Order No. 292 mandates the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to conduct a periodic inspection and audit in government agencies to determine their compliance with civil service policies and assist them enhance their personnel programs.

CSCAAP Information System
• The CSCAAP is an information system designed to accept and processes data into useful and relevant information related to accreditation of government agencies, and stores them in the information system database.
• It is an application program/software which can be installed and run in any version of Microsoft Windows.
CSC-CAR Organizational Divisions
The CSC-CAR is composed of five (5) Divisions as follows:
1. Policies and Systems Evaluation;
2. Public Assistance and Laiason;
3. Examination Services
4. Legal Services
5. Administrative Services
The Policies and Systems Evaluation Division (PSED) is given the task to conduct the accreditation of government agencies. As such, only said division is making use of the CSCAAP Information System.
Likewise, the program was designed exclusively for the Cordillera Administrative Region and may not be used by other regions.
• However, revision of the program may be conducted so as to make it utilized by other regional offices.
