• 소셜 engagement 는 comments and like 로
• pre and post 에 “ Fred Hutchinson Mindful Eating Scale” 을 활용 ( 높을수록 mindful 하다는 것 )

1) Changing Food Choices ( 생략 )2) Additional Journaling

Nutrition vs. Non-Nutrition Crumbs1) Engagement - (a)2) Mindfulness- (b)3) Opportunities for Learning
RQ2. Does (a) engagement or (b) mindfulness differ whetherparticipants receive nutritionally prescriptive challenges orchallenges that are not nutritionally prescriptive?
“the arbitrariness of the challenges, like eating a food that begins with the letter ‘S’ … It didn't seem like they had a point” (S+N−5);
“I didn't understand what I was getting out of doing the challenge” (S−N−1).
Part 2
1) Engagement - (a)2) Mindfulness- (b)3) Opportunities for Learning
RQ2. Does (a) engagement or (b) mindfulness differ whetherparticipants receive nutritionally prescriptive challenges orchallenges that are not nutritionally prescriptive?
“the arbitrariness of the challenges, like eating a food that begins with the letter ‘S’ … It didn't seem like they had a point” (S+N−5);
“I didn't understand what I was getting out of doing the challenge” (S−N−1).
Part 2Nutrition vs. Non-Nutrition Crumbs
1) Engagement - (a)2) Mindfulness- (b)3) Opportunities for Learning
RQ2. Does (a) engagement or (b) mindfulness differ whetherparticipants receive nutritionally prescriptive challenges orchallenges that are not nutritionally prescriptive?
- 두 그룹 모두다 “정보검색”을 유도하는 미션을 좋아함 “the ones that required me tolook something up were more fun” (S+N+13).
Part 2Nutrition vs. Non-Nutrition Crumbs
1) Engagement - (a)2) Mindfulness- (b)- 생략3) Opportunities for Learning
RQ3. Does a discussion board supporting conversation about challenges and sharing challenge achievement with other participants (a) change engagement in the challenges or (b) result in different mindfulness outcomes?
Part 3Social vs Non-Social
-> motivation, accountability, and competition-> arbitrary
- 다른 참가자의 social activity = logging reminder
1) Engagement - (a)2) Mindfulness- (b)- 생략3) Opportunities for Learning
RQ3. Does a discussion board supporting conversation about challenges and sharing challenge achievement with other participants (a) change engagement in the challenges or (b) result in different mindfulness outcomes?
Part 3Social vs Non-Social
Results
Discussion(1) Engagement
Thoughts…
