Groups sailing with Uniworld enjoy special discounts. Depending

on the itinerary and departure date booked, groups can either

save from $100 to $500 per person off the cruise fare

(combinable with all public offers) OR receive savings of 15% or

25% off the cruise fare (combinable only with River Heritage Club

savings). Plus, groups can earn a complimentary tour conductor

berth when booking either nine or 15 full-fare guests, depending

on the itinerary and departure date.

In addition to these discounts, groups also enjoy a choice of

exclusive group amenities, listed below. The availability of these

amenities, as well as the number of amenities that can be chosen

by a group, vary depending on the itinerary and departure date.

SHIPBOARD CREDIT

Groups can receive a shipboard credit from $100 to $300 per

When is the best time to book a Uniworld cruise?

It is always best to plan early, as Uniworld guests tend to book at

least six months in advance. Plus, Uniworld always rewards your

clients for booking early with significant Early-Booking Savings

Which direction of the cruise should I book?

It does not matter which direction your clients choose, as both

directions contain the same included features. Timings of

activities may vary somewhat due to cruising times up- or

downstream, but guests otherwise have identical travel

experiences. The direction

of the journey is usually just a matter of personal preference; for

example, your clients might want to start in the east and cruise

their way west, or vice versa.

ONBOARD THE SHIPS

What is the dress code?

It is a common misconception that river cruising requires formal

attire. Uniworld encourages country club casual or business

casual attire onboard, and comfortable/weather-appropriate

clothing on excursions. Business formal or cocktail attire is

welcome at the Welcome and Farewell Receptions and Dinners,

but is not at all mandatory.

Are there wellness or fitness facilities onboard?

Uniworld is proud to offer well-equipped fitness centres on all

ships in Europe, China, Egypt, and India. Exercise classes are

available onboard in Europe, and your clients can try a folk

dancing or tai chi lesson onboard ships in China. Complimentary

bicycles and Nordic walking sticks are also available to guests in

Europe who wish to explore a bit on their own.

Which Uniworld ships have elevators?

All European ships (with the exceptions of River Ambassador

and River Baroness), as well as our ships in China, have an

elevator onboard.

Do you recommend river cruising for guests with physical disabilities or mobility issues?

Most Uniworld ships have an elevator and we offer our “Gentle

Walking” program for those who wish to explore at a more

leisurely pace onshore. However, please note Uniworld ships

are not wheelchair accessible and travelers with mobility issues

may find cobblestone streets, narrow/uneven walkways, steps,

or longer excursions onshore to be rather challenging.

SHORE PROGRAMMES

Are any pre- or post-cruise extensions available?

Uniworld offers value-packed pre- or post-cruise optional land

extensions in Europe, China, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, and India

time. Extensions range from three to five days and feature first-
