The excursions are organized and carried out by Chianti Tours di Trapani Alessan-

dro e C. S.a.s. by authorization dated 11/01/1984. The program conforms to the

requirements of the verified text of L.R.T. 16/94 ( Tuscan regional Law ). The con-

tract is subject to the provisions of law n° 1084 dated 27/12/77 as ratified and im-

plemented relative to travel contracts and the EEC directive 90/314.

1. TOURS : All our excursions require a minimun number of 20 partecipants unless

specified. Bookings are subject to availability of places and language. All servi-

ces included in ours tours are advertised in our travel programs. Our tours are

conducted by licensed escort and guide . Guided visits to the museums are

subject to the availability of tickets. All advertised services can be arranged in

languages different from English on request, a minimum of partecipants is re-

quired. The cost of tours does not include meals or anything else which is not

mensioned as “included in the price”

2. BOOKINGS : Reservations are always required and have to be made by mail to

3. CHILDREN FARE : For children 0-2 years old reservation is free of charge, chil-

dren 3-12 years old are allowed to a 40% discount on the price of ours tour

only , showing a document providing their age. These reuctions are not availa-

ble on activities ( horseback riding, coking classes, etc ) unless specified.

4. ISSUE OF VOUCHER : Chianti Tours will send to the client a voucher which must

be shown to the guide or escort at the beginning of the tour.

5. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY : In case of operational reasons or mat-

ters not due to Chianti Tours ( road conditions, strikes, delays, changing times

and other problems ) Chianti Tours may modify the tour at any time or replace

it with alternative services of the same standard, no change of price will be

applied and the modifications will be communicated before departure.

When, in spite of reservations, during the periods of greatest attendance, there

are delays to museums, churches and so on, Chianti Tours could not be consi-

dered as responsible. Tour/excursion CANCELLATION are accepted at least 5

days before the scheduled excursion date without penalties. No refund will be

possible for cancellations with less than 5 days prior to the booked excursion

date, unless specified otherwise. No refund will be given to those client who

doesn’t show up at the departure time and point, or those who lose contact

with the guide and therefore do not complete the excursion. When for any

reason, Chianti Tours cancels the tour/excursion the client has the right to

claim reimbursement only for the sum paid.

6. PRICE MODOFICATIONS : In case of sudden increase in individual price indi-

cated by 10% the excursions price will be modified accordingly.

7. DISPUTES : Any complaint by the client must be communicated in writing to

chiantitourswbhc2017 only and no later than 10 business days after the date of

the tour. Complaints or disputes that can not be resolved amicably between

the client and Chianti Tours shall be referred to Siena Court.

8. RESPONSIBILITY : The excursions scheduled in the programs are covered by R.C.

insurance nr 8781536 with Europe Assistance . Chianti Tours doesn’t respond for

damages caused by third parties or for reasons beyond its control and is not

responsible for loss or forgetfulness of valuable ( and not ) objects or luggage

during the excursion.
