History of Crossfit
Founded by former high-school gymnast Greg Glassman and Lauren Jenai
Grew from 18 affiliated gyms in 2005 to approx 1,700 nationwide in 2010
Also has a division for children (Crossfit Kids)
What is Crossfit? A Fitness Revolution Crossfit incorporates the 10 basic elements of fitness
